SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We take the utmost care in receiving and fulfilling product orders. Unless a special delivery time is indicated at the time of placing the order, Procurement & Change Management shall deliver accepted orders within no later than:

5 (five) working days in the Benelux, France and Germany;

10 (ten) working days for the rest of the European Union;

on request for countries outside the European Union.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, you will be informed of this in a clear and understandable manner no later than 5 (five) working days from the date on which you placed the order.
Delivery and return costs expressed for one direction. These fees do not include customs fees and local taxes :

EU countries (excluded Cyprus, Malta, islands and remote regions) - Free

For Islands and remote regions of EU countries, a supplement will be applied depending on the destination

Switzerland, UK (excluded Islands) – 16€ transport cost

Iceland, Norway, Serbia – 35€ transport cost

HOW TO RETURN IN EUROPEAN UNION (excluded Cyprus & Malta)
You are entitled to cancel you order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of goods. After exercising your right to cancel, you dispose the delay of 15 (fifteen) working days after exercising you right, to return the complete delivery.
Returned goods must be sent as new, in their original packaging (eco bag) also in perfect condition, accompanied by the label for each product, the invoice and the duly completed returns document.
How to proceed:
1 – Make your request
Fill out the return request (link in the bottom of the page)
2 – Prepare the package
Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box)
3 - Send
Stick the pre-paid DPD label provided in your package, over the prior delivery information. Drop it off at the DPD picking point or at one of its partners (depending on the country of return). To find the nearest DPD picking point, please visit DPD website.
The refund will take place within 30 (thirty) days after the receipt of goods in our warehouse.
HOW TO RETURN OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION

We recommend to take reasonable case of items to ship as you are liable for any damage of them until we receive them at our warehouse.
If the goods arrive damaged, the refund will not be executed.
We recommend you to ask the proof of sending and keep it until refund is executed.
The refund will take place within 30 (thirty) days after the receipt of goods in our warehouse.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
You have 24 hours to withdraw from purchase order before shipment, by completing the dedicated form (link at the bottom of the page). Beyond this period, the cancelation will be considered as a return and you will have to follow the steps indicated above.
The refund will take place within 30 (thirty) days after the receipt of withdrawal request
